Agua De Sandia (Watermelon Water)-Thirsty Thursday

Skinny Taste  has a simple and healthy drink that is sure to quench your thirst during this hot summer.

Watermelon Water
Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon cubes
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 thin lime slices, for garnish
  • a few sprigs mint, for garnish
  • ice

Directions:

  1. In the blender combine the watermelon and water and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into a pitcher and garnish with sliced limes and a spring of mint.
  3. To serve, place the ice in each glass and pour the watermelon agua fresca.
  4. Garnish each glass with a lime wedge. Serve and enjoy!
